Students in EMCS’ Culinary Arts program are hosting a delicious buffet Thursday, November 15th in the hopes of providing clean drinking water for people in Kenya.
The buffet features locally sourced meats, seafood and veggies. In collaboration with Positively Africa, money raised will go towards the purchase of large water tanks for areas in and around Narok, Kenya.

In addition to gourmet appetizers, sides and deserts, guests will choice one of the following the entree’s:
- Citrus brined roast turkey,
- rolled pork loin roast,
- individual squash filled with feta.
All entrees served with rosemary roast potatoes, baked vegetable gratin and home made sourdough bread.
