Edward Milne Community School is strengthening their sense of culture and belonging with a new school mural! The mural captures the natural beauty of the Sooke landscape and includes the school mascot, the Wolverine! EMCS has engaged with artist Steve Milroy of Wonderworks Murals to develop a mural sketch that will stretch across one wall in the gym. The piece will measure an astounding 60 by 25 feet!
This isn’t only a work of art, but a community project as EMCS is seeking mural sponsors for the following table:
- Per square foot: $20
- Per Ten Square Feet: $150
- Per One Hundred Square Feet: $1200
EMCS is also going to display a scaled and framed version of the mural in the school, recognizing your contributions.
